Well, in the case of this new study published by The Lancet titled Dietary carbohydrate intake and mortality: a prospective cohort study and meta-analysis and the subsequent article published by CNN Low and high carb diets increase risk of early death, study finds, it quickly became evident that a response was warranted. When Jimmy realized that there were way too many falsehoods and blatant misrepresentations of the keto lifestyle and low-carb in general, he took to Instagram to launch an epic response.
