George Boudreaux III is the CEO of Pelican Roofing Company, in Lafayette, Louisiana. George was a frustrated house flipper and saw a soft market. Despite himself and managers knowing nothing about roofing, he grew quickly to 19MM in sales while creating a great reputation - heavy focusing on self development. George and the team are data hogs. They have really great measurement systems in place for leads cost and effectiveness, jobs in pipeline, profitability, etc. To be noted, Pelican Roofing just built a first class 2MM office and shop facility. His wife and him have 3 young boys all active in sports. Currently, they are building cabins in nature for STR and family enjoyment.On this episode, we talk about how roofing contractors can expand their mind and business by breaking through mental barriers.
