Following this, we'll shift our focus to sweeteners, examining the nutritional differences between honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, and table sugar. Then I will do a brief rundown of types of milk from 1%, almond, oat, coconut and soymilk.

By the end of this discussion, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the nutritional nuances of these foods, helping you make more conscious decisions when planning your meals and indulging in culinary delights.
