Today we meet the energy guy...Tony Wrighton! The last time he came on the Hack My Age podcast we talked about his book, "When life is a bit meh…you need energy". But today, we talk about a lot of different things and many things that I don't know a lot about myself, but should. Tony is a presenter on Sky Sports in the UK. But he's also an accomplished journalist, author, podcast host of Zestology and a great biohacker. He was ahead of the curve before anyone else on the podcasting circuit and interviewed nearly everyone worth knowing in health, medicine and science from all around the world.
