Do you need to forgive the people who have let you down, caused trauma, unwellness, abandonment, abuse? Shalina doesn't think so. Abandoned by her father at birth, Shalina was told over and over she must forgive in order to heal. In this quick chat episode, Shalina explains she now understands that her inability to forgive doesn't make her a bad person and forgiveness isn't necessary for her to move on and heal.
