Sarah was in an unhealthy place mentally and physically. Chronic dieting made her body sick and mentally she shaming herself, making herself feel guilty and trying to be strict which only made things worse. Sarah shares how her negativity toward herself was a large part of what she had to unlearn to be successful and come to a place of peace with food, the scale and her body. Sarah's story is representative of many women I work with because the issues with food are really not about the food.
