Author Paul Robinson is our special interview guest on Episode 1487 of The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show.
Paul Robinson from RWT3,com became ill with hypothyroidism in his late twenties. For twenty plus years, he has fought through the morass of misinformation to recover his health. At first, Paul, was put on the most common thyroid treatment, but over time he became even more ill, with both low cortisol and low thyroid symptoms. Paul saw many endocrinologists and doctors, but eventually, he realised that he had to figure out what was wrong himself and he was able to recover. But the 15-year struggle had cost him his career and damaged his relationships. He had lost all of his thirties and some of his forties.
In the process of getting well, he had managed to develop a safe protocol for using the T3 thyroid hormone (Liothyronine) and an innovative approach called the Circadian T3 Method (CT3M) that can correct adrenal function in many cases. At the suggestion of his family doctor, Paul wrote ‘Recovering with T3’ to explain these protocols whilst his second book, ‘The CT3M Handbook’ talks more about CT3M, based on patient experience with it.
