And hitting rock-bottom and finding his way into a drug and alcohol detox center. And on day #1 of his new sobriety feeling so overwhelmed, anxious, and not having alcohol or drugs to turn to like he had done every day to help cope with life. And forcing him to focus instead of his breath. "Fucking breath Andrew" he had to tell himself.
Andrew walks you through and demonstrates three different types of breathwork, along with the physiological benefits of each, including box-breathing, physiological sighing, and holotropic (Wim Hof). Andrew shares the positive impact breathwork has has on his own life and how Andrew empowers all his coaching clients with the same tools to create breakthroughs and transformation.
