We sat down and chatted with the energetic, wonderful, and fun Sam Hirschmann Boskey. 

Sam is endlessly inspiring and just full of light and joy! She is a mother, an author, an actress, a breathwork teacher, and so much more.

We talk about everything from being a college athlete, to Sam’s early career in finance, to her switch to acting school and breathwork, and then we also dive into motherhood. We have a slight unexpected interruption to talk about Taylor and Travis (!) and then (as always) we conclude the episode by chatting about shopping and some of Sam’s favorite things.
