This week I chat with Peta Thompson,  a skydiving yoga instructor who after years of drinking to keep up with the boys has given up the booze.  We talk about limiting self talk, being a better friend,  epic hangovers, the freedom in vulnerability and tapping in to the feminine.   
Peta has transformed her life and is now living in Canada. She lives a healthy life as a yoga and mediation teacher.
