What is self sabotage and why does it happen? In this quick chat episode I am speaking with Jamie McCoy, Psychotherapist and Trauma Coach. In her twenties, Jamie was literally bed-ridden with brain fog, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and eventually received a diagnosis of Lyme disease. Jamie healed herself by healing her nervous system. When you engage in self-destructive behaviors, it is not necessarily because you're not trying hard enough or you don't want it badly enough, it's because in your nervous system, you may not feel safe to have what you want.
