Pat has been in the home remodeling and construction industry for almost 30 years.  His journey began in college running painting crews to help pay for his tuition while attending Virginia Tech.  Upon graduating, he went to work as an in-home rep selling roofing, siding, windows, and doors. After learning the operations side of an exterior remodeling business, he built and sold his own exterior remodeling company.  In 2010, Pat was building a new exterior company and stumbled into an opportunity to join forces with a well-establish 46-year-old company. On a handshake, he merged his small company with Pond Roofing with the understanding that the Pond family would sell him the company. In 2012 he bought the company and has been working to fine-tune Pond’s operations to increase the quality of experience of their customers, teammates and community.

“I believe that in order to be successful in any business, but especially in this industry, you must have your mind right first. Work harder on yourself than anything else and the rest will fall in line.”
