Whether you live alone, with a significant other, with family, or with a pet, there are opportunities in the mornings to connect with loved ones. Having a support system that you can interact with in the mornings can help you feel more prepared to handle harder days-and even good days. Make an effort to talk to at least one person (or pet) that you care about every morning, and help create an atmosphere that makes mornings that much better. Below are some ideas to get you started but don't stop there. Add your own!
