With almost two decades of experience, Vivian had a successful career as an HR leader within financial services, private equity, and investment banking before starting her company. Throughout her career, she has helped build high-performing teams in fast-paced growth organizations. 

She's an expert in all things related to talent (acquisition, performance, and teams), growth, including mergers & acquisitions, and diversity. Vivian has also done extensive studying on Organizational Cultures and Design, Leadership, and Change Management.
