James King Baskin is the Founder of Outsource Kings from Florida but living most the time in South America Colombia. A former Insurance agent who didn't have time to call leads and found himself with no system to follow up with prospects he create a remote managed team of employees for all things phone calls. The company  focuses on over communication with clients, welcoming any feedback as well as transparency in their work, using clients CRMs to keep track of leads and keep things in their systems.
