Russ Gordon is the founder and owner of Dragon Scale Roofing, a company committed to bringing real change to the roofing industry. Russ grew up in a broken home and left at 16, working multiple jobs until he joined the army. After his service, he worked in both construction and sales, finding success in both but ultimately enjoying sales more.

Russ is married to an amazing woman, has five grown kids, and three grandchildren. Despite his challenging upbringing, he feels blessed and tries to find ways to give back and share his blessings with others.

Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Russ got into roofing in Atlanta, GA, and spent several years working his way up the ladder. However, he realized he couldn't continue representing an industry that thrived on taking advantage of others. He spent a year and a half consulting for other companies before deciding to start his own business, one that would bring real change to the roofing industry.

Months of planning went into the launch of Dragon Scale Roofing, which began on April 1, 2022. Russ's vision is not only to provide excellent service to customers but also to create a positive work environment for his employees. By starting his own company, Russ hopes to set a new standard in the roofing industry and make a real difference in people's lives.
