Holy cow, friend! It's 2023!!! What in the world?

The older I get, the faster each year flies by. I'm sure there's a science to that. My dad, who happens to be a scientist, has a theory that because as you age, each year is a relatively shorter period of time. When you're one year old, for example, a year is your entire life up until that point. When you're 40, a year is only 1/40th of your life. So it feels relatively shorter as time goes on. Makes sense, right?

But I digress. The point of this episode is that with the turn of the calendar, you might be feeling motivated to set and achieve some big goals for yourself.
