Shelley is a personal trainer with eight years experience in working with a weight inclusive approach through her business Body Positive Health & Fitness. She is one of the founding members of HAES(r) Australia (now involved in the steering committee), has previously delivered presentations for The Butterfly Foundation, guest lectures for The Australian Fitness Academy, and was part of fitness industry focus group for Eating Disorders Victoria.
Shelley is passionate about self compassion, inclusive, evidence-based care and supporting people to enjoy moving their bodies in ways that are meaningful to them.
