In today's episode, you will learn what NOT to do. My dad has been a smoker for over 40 years and a quitter for about 39 of them. He has quit smoking a lot over the last 20 years and he always does it by using the willpower method.
Quitting smoking/vaping with the willpower method means that you wre fighting with beliefs in your head that create desire to use nicotine, while also pushing up against the craving and emotions that need to be processed in order for them to actually go away. It is an exhausting method that is very ineffctive and almost always temporary.
