In today’s episode of the ‘Career Change Maker’ podcast, I talk about the fact that Career Change is not supposed to be easy.

I am interested to talk about this topic because oftentimes when we want to move towards our goal, we can be prevented from moving forward as it feels too hard.

1. The first time you do anything, it is always difficult. But the more and more you do that thing, the easier it gets, because you stretch your ability, you adapt, and then you grow. So, it’s the same principle when it comes to making a move in your career. On your first day at work, you feel nervous but gradually you adapt to the environment.
2. Taking steps now, whatever it is you're considering is going to impact what happens later on down the line for you and your career. The decisions that you make and the opportunities that are open to you, if you are thinking about taking the plunge or making a move transitioning right now, then do it.
3.  If you don't know what to do, let's figure out what you should be doing. Let's not just stop there, and just say, well, it's just too hard to figure out because the reality of it is you're going to have to revisit that conversation. If you're just parking it all the time and saying I'll come back to it, you're not making any progress.
