On this episode, the boys had on special guest Everett Smulders! Everett is a sub-4 miler and 2 x NCAA D1 All American. Post-collegiately, he is a full time coach living in Amsterdam. He has done marathons, Ironmans, ultra marathons, and even an ULTRAMAN (listen for that story- it’s crazy).
