Day 13 靈性日記挑戰

When do I feel the most powerful? 我什麼時候感到最強大有力？

I feel the most powerful is when I speak in front of people. I get nervous quite easily but after I get use to it I like the influence that I can make on people. Like right now, I also feel powerful because I know there are many people listening to my podcast and being influenced and changed by it, especially when I share moments of my own breakthroughs on the podcast.

我覺得最有力量的時候是當我站在人群面前演講時。我很容易感到緊張，但習慣後，我喜歡自己能對人們產生的影響力。像現在這一刻也讓我感覺強大，因為我知道有很多人在收聽我的播客而獲得影響和改變，特別是當我在播客中分享我突破了自己的時刻。
