An intention for the month ahead

一個給未來一個月的意圖/意念/計劃

 

I have two significant events this month: my English oral exam and Hakka podcast bootcamps around Taiwan. I’m also planning my summer in Bali. So I’m quite excited about them. I aim to observe any negative feelings that may arise and let go of the habit of judging myself harshly. I intend to approach this month with a positive mindset and enjoy the journey.

這個月有兩個重要的事件：我的英文口語考試和在台灣舉辦的客家播客訓練營。我也正在計劃我在峇里島的夏天。我打算觀察是否會有任何負面情緒出現，並放下苛刻地評判自己的習慣。我打算以積極的心態面對這個月，享受這段旅程。
