Something I am that my ego tells me I'm not

过去我的小我不停跟我说“我不...”，其实我已经“够”了

 

I used to tell myself that I'm not good enough to teach others anything. I'm not ready for a relationship. I'm not worthy of love. These are disempowering beliefs that won't serve my life.

我曾告诉自己，我不足以教导他人任何事情。我还没有准备好谈恋爱。我不值得被爱。这些都是贬低自己的信念，并不会为我的生活带来好处。
