COMMON DIET PHRASES PEOPLE USE

  • If it tastes good, spit it out
  • Eat everything in moderation as part of a balanced diet (no deprivation)

  • I fell off the wagon so I failed on my diet
  • You’ll gain 25 pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas
