Did you know that you start to lose muscle mass after age 30?

Yep, you heard that right, starting from the age of 30, individuals can lose up to 3% to 5% of muscle mass per decade. Most people will lose about 30% of their muscle mass over their lifetime.

It is a natural part of growing older, but it can lead to weakness and decreased mobility, which in turn can raise the risk of falls and fractures.
