Introducing Jennifer Westhoff, a dedicated member of Christian Brothers Roofing serving as the Admin Operations specialist. Jennifer, a resident of Kansas City who was raised in Oklahoma, made a pivotal career decision by leaving her corporate job and joining the company soon after her younger brother, twelve years ago.

In her current role, Jennifer efficiently manages a wide range of responsibilities. As the Admin Operations professional, she oversees essential aspects such as research and development for process improvement, marketing strategies, HR functions, event planning, AP/AR management, fleet operations, and customer escalations. Jennifer's contributions have been instrumental in transforming her father's office into her own workspace, becoming the go-to person for diverse operational matters. Her efforts have allowed her father and brother to focus on building the Christian Brothers Roofing brand and driving successful roofing sales.
