On this episode, the boys had on special guest Taggart Van Etten! Taggart was one of our original guests on Life in Stride, if you want to get to know him more check that first one out!

Taggart recently announced he will be going after the American record in the 100 miler at Tunnel Hill this year. This is about a 6:40 pace/mile. There will be good competition there so it should be an exciting race! We chatted about fueling and training for that kind of effort.
