Day 19 挑戰問題：What are you afraid of losing if you let go of certain items or habits? 「如果你放下一些物品或習慣，你害怕失去什麼？」

For me, I sometimes worry that if I let go of certain things, I might be losing money or precious memories that remind me of different moments in my life. There’s also the fear that without certain possessions, I might be looked down upon or find my life more inconvenient. Lastly, I worry that letting go of some things might lead to a loss of connection with my friends or society, as if the items I have are a reflection of my relationships or status.

對我來說，有時候我擔心，如果我放下一些東西，我可能會失去金錢或是那些珍貴的生活回憶。有時也會擔心，沒有某些物品，可能會被別人看不起，或者讓生活變得不便。最後，我還害怕，放下一些東西會讓我與朋友或社會的連結變弱，彷彿這些物品代表了我與他人的關係或地位。
