Day 22 挑戰問題：How can you make decluttering a regular practice rather than a one-time event?「如何讓斷捨離成為常規，而不是一次性事件？」

My Answer: To make decluttering a regular practice, I believe it’s important to create small, consistent habits. For example, I could set a reminder every week or month to evaluate a particular area of my space, like my wardrobe or kitchen, and ask myself if there’s anything I no longer use or love. Additionally, I could practice mindfulness when I purchase new items, asking myself whether I really need them or if they will just add to the clutter. This approach makes decluttering an ongoing part of life rather than a big, overwhelming task.

要讓斷捨離成為一個常規，我認為培養一些小而持續的習慣非常重要。例如，我可以每週或每月設置一個提醒，檢查某個特定的空間區域，比如我的衣櫃或廚房，並問自己是否有我不再使用或不再喜愛的物品。此外，我還可以在購買新物品時練習正念，問自己是否真的需要它們，還是它們只會增加更多的雜物。這種方法使斷捨離成為生活中的一部分，而不是一個巨大且壓倒性的任務。
