Today we are talking about ADHD. This is a topic that has been heavily requested recently, but I was waiting to find the exact right person to have the conversation with… and that time has arrived.
Life is funny, isn’t it? When I recorded this episode several months before it came out, I was in a state of wondering if I might have ADHD. Well, actually LAST WEEK I received a diagnosis of having ADHD.
So, listening back to this episode I’m thinking about it in a whole new light and I’m so grateful for Dr. Rajan Dunne’s compassionate and unique approach to ADHD.
My guest for today’s show is Dr. Rajan Dunne. Rajan is an integrative psychiatrist with a group practice called Wildflower Psychiatry. Dr. Rajan Dunne is a psychiatrist with ADHD, and her neurodivergence helped her create something unique.
