In this episode, I’m starting off my next series - The Centres, similar to the panels in my HDX program/membership, where each panel has a number of defined and undefined panelists who discuss what it feels like to be defined vs undefined IRL.

So here in this episode starting with The Head Centre in conversation with the amazing Susan Elaine who was one of my Purpose and Abundance crew, where I’m blowing up the confusion and getting super clear on what it feels like to be defined, consistent and full of energy and how it feels to be undefined, inconsistent and able to feel other people’s energy.

One distinction that is really powerful is that when you’re defined in a centre it’s important to trust your energy and how you feel ie build self trust, where you’re undefined you need to build trust in the Universe and the unknown, ie be comfortable with uncertainty and have faith in something greater when you’re not feeling what’s coming next.

A defined centre feels available all the time, an undefined centre does not.
