Michael joined the roofing industry in 2017 after completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Texas A&M University in 2015. He was an estimator learning the ins and outs of commercial roofing, primarily. With a sales background, Michael helped Texas Traditions Roofing grow their new construction department and then moved into a sales role within the residential division. He then became the Vice President overseeing residential roofing and marketing while continuing to grow the commercial division. 

In January 2021, Michael became President and bought shares in ownership to take over from the retiring owners of Texas Traditions Roofing. His next goal is to become an established, dominating roofing contractor in the commercial space in Austin.
