If not, today I'm sharing a story that will make you realize that you shouldn't put it off any longer. I'm sharing it because it's relateable to new and experienced store owners. I think THIS is the "reason" it's hard to grow your sales. You don't have a Sales Funnel.

Building a Sales Funnel must be a critical part of your work each month. I want you to meet Renee Harris. She's a long time Inner Circle Member with a successful shop that supports her family. She's smart, resourceful, and she's got a great business that pays her well. Recently, business was getting tough for Renee, even though she's a good Merchant.

Renee's sales had been down over the past 2 years, and she was frustrated. Every month, she felt like she was reinventing the wheel with new tactics she was using to try and get her sales back to where they had been. No luck. She even came up with a bunch of new products to try and tempt more people to buy. No luck again. Sales were flat.
