178: Finding and Understanding Patience

Listen Later

How many of you are over 2020? With all of the changes, the rules we are being told, the uncertainty we have, and the unknown concept of when things will return to normal. Are you done with being patient? Well, today's episode is all about how you can get your power back and you don’t want to miss it! On this episode we dive into: The emotions that pop up when we are feeling a lack of control. How to relieve your body from stress in what feels like, intolerable moments.Tools to help ground yourself in the moment.Tricks you can try to help you practice patience. How being patient will help improve your quality of life. The take-home: Before you take a sip from life's glass each day, are you noticing that your cup is half-full or half-empty? Are you choosing joy in times of uncertainty - or are you finding yourself constantly angry and frustrated? Stress in any form is harmful to our bodies, and it should be avoided at all costs. Choosing to stress when you’re feeling impatient or in a situation that is out of your control doesn’t help your body, but being patient certainly does! So focus on the things you can control - take deep breaths or even use mantras to help gain back that control and enter a state of calm. Every moment is an opportunity for you to make a mindful decision - and practicing patience is certainly one of the keys to success in your life. Now is the time to take a deep breath and patiently drink from life’s bountiful cup warriors, because all of you are holding a glass that’s already half-full!Get in touch with Michelle: MUVE FORWARD Wellness Program for Female Hustlers: https://www.muvelife.com/the-muvementMUVE FORWARD Website: https://www.muvelife.comINSTAGRAM: @muvelife EMAIL: [email protected] am now working with one of my favourite brands, Puratae!
