After getting progressively worse and worse and developing other conditions like eczema and obesity, Kira was told by her doctors that she would have to live like this taking increasing amounts of medications for the rest of her life. But that wasn’t the life she wanted and she grabbed back control of her own health in 2018 trying the keto diet and then shifting over into a carnivore diet where she is now thriving in her health.
