A chakra leak can decrease our power to heal and balance ourselves. Within the chakra system, the Sanskrit word for energy is shakti, and it translates to power, capacity, strength and it means the power, capacity, and strength to do our inner work within each chakra. If we’re leaking energy out of the chakra, we won’t have enough to do what needs to be done there to be balanced.
