On this episode, the boys had on Nick Bester! Nick is the head coach of Best Athletics, 2:19 Marathoner, and content creator! He has an amazing story of starting to run with a 25:00 5k and is now a 2:19 marathoner.

Something we didn’t know as much about was his journey with Best Athletics. He was an investment banker up until COVID then decided to go all in on his coaching business and content creation! It has been a huge success and he is living out his passion.
