In today's episode I’m here solo to chat about the things I see advanced gym goers do that may halt their progress. Like so many of us, hitting new PB’s and progressing in your journey can tend to lead to a shifted mindset around what exercises we no longer need. I’m here to tell you today that there are no exercises that we outgrow in our journey. We will always need foundational movements like squats, deadlifts, etc, in order to only perfect our technique but also build the foundation for other movements. Take a listen as I give you my perspective on this topic and ways to reframe this mindset or belief.
