This week I talk to two inspiring women, Michele Smith and Loretta Dignam, who were brought together through their own negative experiences of peri/menopause and who both have a super positive vision for the future.
Both women felt completely unprepared for their own menopause and were determined to stop this happening for others. They want to shatter the stigma around menopause and improve menopause care for all.
So from two different continents, The Stride by Side Virtual Global Walk was born to help women get better information, education and research around menopause.
Loretta and Michele's enthusiasm and dedication to this work is a fine example of how our generation of women are not prepared to accept the taboo of menopause any longer and are coming together not only to improve the lives of menopausal women today but also for future generations!

Let's Talk Menopause
A new US based nonprofit invested in changing the conversation around menopause so women get the information and the healthcare they deserve.
