As with most things in the Manifestor experience, the best pathways for us to recover from our trauma are a bit different from the average population. Thanks to our closed aura and our unique energetic needs, we tend to find that some therapies and trauma healing modalities simply don’t work for us. This can spin us into a spiral of fearing we are broken, inadequate or unworthy of experiencing the recovery we so deeply desire for ourselves. 

This episode is all about acknowledging the therapies that are helpfully aligned with our energy type, as well as spotlighting some of the ones that aren’t. Ultimately, the decision is yours and creating the trauma recovery toolkit that works for you is a very individual process.
