We all say it..."this is so hard" and it's true. The problem is if we allow it to stop us and give up. In this episode, I share how I used this thought process and compared it to the challenges I have inside of being a parent and knowing I would never give up on that! Take some time this week and simply notice what area comes up for you that's hard and write about it. Ask yourself what part feels hard. Is it already hard staying where you are in the stuckness?
