New York is such a fun race to watch because it is a hilly course with no pacers. On top of that, we have two legendary fields on each side here, featuring names like Eliud Kipchoge and Sifan Hassan! We are in store for some great race action this Sunday!

I also briefly touched on the drama with Iowa State's XC team on this episode at the end.
