I release any of the harmful things that I’ve said about myself, or thought about myself. ⁣

⁣

I release any of the harmful things that people have said about me or thought about me. ⁣

⁣

I release the energy of not feeling like enough of not feeling beautiful enough of not feeling likable enough of not feeling worthy enough. ⁣

⁣

I release any connection of having to have people around me to fill the void’s. ⁣

⁣

I release not believing in myself. ⁣

⁣

I called in the energy of self-love into my womb space allowing it to grow throughout my whole body and my whole aura⁣

⁣

I plant in the seed of choosing myself, I plant in the seed of loving myself, I plant in the seed of knowing that I am beautiful, and knowing that I am perfect and imperfect, I plant in the seed of honoring who I am I plant in the seed of knowing that I am enough knowing that I am worthy enough knowing that I am beautiful enough knowing that I am enough for myself.⁣

 I continue to choose myself. I continue to love myself. I continue to choose myself. I continue to love myself. I continue to choose myself. I continue to love myself.⁣
