In this episode I discuss resentment and how we usually place it with the anger emotions, however, I have recently discovered by reading Brene Browns “Atlas of the Heart”, new researchers have placed it with the emotions of jealousy and envy.  As you look at resentment in your own life I think this is actually true and will make sense. I share several examples and try to show you how resentment is not your friend.
