Katie was feeling tired and unhappy in her body. She had a one year old daughter and was very busy. She was ready to take her health in a different direction.
After achieving massive success, she was ready to stand on stage in a bikini competition, quickly achieving bikini pro.
She talks with us about transitioning from intuitive eating for her first shows, to hiring a coach and using tracking as her main method in order to reach her goals.
She reminds us of something very important “I think we all have to love ourselves were we are.” No matter of the external feedback of our efforts.
