Natana Mayer is a fellow Aries and the founder of Work Design for ADHD (WDFA). Her consultancy is reshaping the future of work to be a more neuro-inclusive one. Natana believes that work should bring out the best in people with ADHD. She is on a mission to make sure that everyone, no matter how their brain works, can work together well. She calls this "neuro-collaboration." Natana works with ADHD staff, HR teams, and leaders to provide workshops and training that make neuro-collaboration a reality.
