This exercise should only be done after the development of a solid PE Foundation. 

You want to make sure you are well conditioned!

All you need for this exercise is a protective layer of your choice, and a few "> cable clamps (one is good for beginners).

This exercise will cause the inner expansion of the chambers of the penis, leading to increased girth over time.
