On this episode, the boys had our good friend Kallup McCoy on to talk about his run from San Diego to North Carolina for his non-profit RezHOPE! We had him on the pod prior to this, and he came back with some amazing stories to tell from the road! There were some major highs, lows, and really funny moments too.

Kallup is now training for a sub-2:32 marathon and also has his eyes on a major ultra record after, stay tuned for which one!
