What we're going to do is talk about something that I just went over with one of my students, one of my coaching calls, and that is, should I skip this niche?
And it's a great question because some of you may be thinking I would love to build a niche property around this niche. 
I'm not sure if I should, because well, not even if there's enough traffic there, it just might be harder to create a niche property in. 
It might take longer, and it might be harder to create content, all of those things.
Let's say that you are passionate about a niche and maybe thinking of doing a niche property. 
We have to start thinking to ourselves, what does that look like for us to build this thing?
